Deposits – A non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure bookings. Deposits and balances, once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Monies paid for guests unable to attend may not be offset against outstanding balances.
Alterations/cancellations – Amendments to numbers can only be made up to 28 days in advance of the event, after which monies cannot be refunded for reductions or cancellations.
Payment – The full amount must be paid at least 28 days prior to the event date. Any bookings unpaid at that point will be deemed to be cancelled.
Table seating – Requests for table seating in groups will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed. There may be mixed groups on various tables.
Any alcohol brought in to the premises will be confiscated.
