- Deposits – A non refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required to secure bookings. Deposits and balances, once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances. Monies paid for guests unable to attend may not be offset against outstanding balances.
- Alterations/cancellations – Amendments to numbers can only be made up to 28 days in advance of the event, after which monies cannot be refunded for reductions or cancellations.
- Payment – The full amount must be paid at least 28 days prior to the event date. Any bookings unpaid at that point will be deemed to be cancelled.
- Table seating – Requests for table seating in groups will be accommodated whenever possible but cannot be guaranteed. There may be mixed groups on various tables.
- Any alcohol brought in to the premises will be confiscated.
